Hi Richie Let me tell you that we had a great time in your condo.  It is neat, very nice and your kitchen is beautiful. It has every thing that one needs to cook, which I enjoyed very much.  I love the location on the complex and in Kissimmee.  It is perfect for people that have plans for the parks.  My kids really love the pool and the club house.  I have no words for the furniture, it is really comfortable especially the master bedroom.  Very nice.  I also wanted to tell you that at Windsor Hills the people are very nice.  They help a lot in everything that we needed.  My little girl loved the kid’s bedroom with all the Disney furs, Mickey, Mini, Goofy etc.  NICE. Hi Richie, I just wanted to write and thank you for letting us share your wonderful home!  We loved everything about your place and  Windsor Hills.  The pool was great and it was so nice to be in the building right next to it.  Your condo had every amenity.  The bed in the master bedroom was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was a nice touch.  My son enjoyed the Playstation 2 and both kids loved the Disney stuffed characters in their room.  The plastic dishes for the kids and the play toys for the pool were  great also.  We loved having the washer and dryer and the plush pool towels so we didn't need to pack as much.  You were also wonderful to deal with answering every question I had.  We will definitely stay at your place again when we come back to Orlando in the future. Happy New Year Richie and Family, I just wanted to send a quick thank you for all you've done to help our family plan our dream holiday in Orlando.  Your condo was awesome and exactly what a family our size (4 adults and 2 children) needed.  The kids loved the pool and movie theater as well as all the Disney characters that greeted in their room.  We loved sitting out on the lanai in the morning sipping our coffee and tea and being able to relax in the Jacuzzi after a long day on our feet. This condo is laid out perfectly.  It's spacious and very comfortable not to mention was fully stocked with EVERYTHING we needed (even a crock pot).  It was nice to be able to put in some chicken and ribs before leaving in the morning and having a fully cooked meal ready for us when we returned. A suite half this size was going for over $700 a night at the Disney Resorts and with Disney being literally a five minute drive away we really couldn't have asked for more. Most of all it was wonderful getting to know you throughout this process.  You took us through every step needed and answered each and every question we had.  You really helped make our vacation planning easy and I will gladly recommend your condo to everyone I know.  Furthermore, we will definitely be back. Hi Richie; We really enjoyed our stay at your condo.  There was enough space for our whole family who could retreat to their own bedrooms.  The pool, slide and hot tub were gorgeous and we used them every day.  The view from your condo is what sold me on choosing your place to stay in.  I couldn’t wait until morning to open up the blinds.  The condo was also very well equipped with everything that we could possibly need.  Windsor Hills is just a short drive from all of the Disney theme parks.  We would definitely recommend your condo as a place to stay when in Orlando to our friends and relatives.  We would also like to come back for another stay. HI Richie,  Well we are back from our wonderful trip to Florida...and already wishing that we were back there!  We came home to 30 and 40 degree temperatures… ouch!!!  Your condo just made our trip so perfect!  It is beautiful and Windsor Hills is so beautiful!  We loved the pool and the kids enjoyed playing ping pong, pool, and walking to the basketball courts for a quick game.  I loved that it was all with in 5 minutes of Disney.  We could go and do all of the Disney stuff and then come back and truly relax and feel on vacation in your condo and that beautiful pool!  I can understand why you love it so!  My husband is a Civil Engineer and is always so busy and this was just a perfect way for him to unwind!  Thank you so much!  Also, I loved the keypad entry; it was nice not to have to worry about keeping track of keys!  Thank you for having such a beautiful condo!  It was a trip that my family will remember forever!  Kelly,  Moline Illinois

Michele   The condo was absolutely fabulous!  I'm always a little apprehensive when renting a condo online, wondering about things like: were the pictures on the website actually taken at the condo I'll be renting?  Is it clean? Are there plastic cups that we can take to the pool?  Blow dryer?  Will I be able to figure out the internet access?  Are the beds lumpy and outdated?  Is the condo in a secure area? etc. etc.   I wasted my time worrying about ANY of those things.   Everything was perfect!   I've never seen such a well-stocked kitchen and the beds were heavenly, especially after a long day at one of the parks.   My favorite time of each day, though, came in the evenings when we could sit out on the balcony with a couple of frosty drinks and enjoy the pool view. Richie,   Our family so enjoyed our time at your condo.  Our primary purpose for coming was to take our five-year-old to Disney for the first time.  We also had our nine-month old along and therefore needed accommodations that would be suitable for a baby as well.  I spent several hours online searching the many offerings in the Orlando area and decided on your condo for several reasons, including:   1. Location - The complex itself is conveniently located near the things we wanted to see.  Also, your particular unit is so close to the pool, clubhouse and front of the complex that it made for easy swimming trips (which we managed to squeeze in at some point every day) and entry/exit to our destinations.   2. Furnishings - Locating a condo that could accommodate a baby for a week was important.  The high chair was brand new and fully functional, as was the pack-and-play already furnished in the condo.  Had I selected another unit that didn't offer these items, I would have been forced to rent them for $80-$100 for the week.  Also, we really appreciated the upgraded furniture, including a queen and a king sized bed.  Our family has stayed in dozens of rental condos over the years and found yours to be the most well furnished and equipped.  We also found the free internet access and long distance to be extremely helpful.   3. Communication with You - Getting on the internet and choosing a place to stay can be risky and impersonal.  Your willingness to answer questions and be involved throughout our stay was priceless.  It alleviated all my concerns and made our family feel comfortable and welcome in your condo.     Again, thank you so much for investing your time and resources into making your condo stand so far above the rest.  Our family had a wonderful visit and made many lasting memories.   Stephanie

Dear Richie Well we've arrived home in England today - we hated to leave Florida!  We are so pleased that we made the decision to book our stay at your beautiful condo - it could not have been better.  The condo had everything we needed or desired to make our stay comfortable, happy and luxurious.  The setting was great and we all enjoyed using the lovely pool.  We really cannot think of a single thing you could add to the condo to improve the experience of your guests, as it truly had everything anyone could need - you thought of everything!  We even loved the huge washer and dryer - a little sad we know, but if you experience the half sized machines we have in the UK then you'd know what we mean!! Hi Richie - I wanted to drop you a note to let you know we LOVED your place!  This was the first time I have taken my children to Disney and I wanted everything to be perfect.  Plus, we were traveling with another family who always stays inside Disney.  So, I was a little apprehensive about everyone's reaction to the condo.  I wish I had a camera when we walked in the door - their reactions were priceless.  We had one 'down-day' and everyone agreed that we didn't want to leave the complex - we swam and lounged by the pool.  The little store was great for the kids to get ice-creams and the gym was wonderful for me to burn off the ice-creams.  We're already talking about returning next March and would definitely like to stay at your place again.  We've talked about the condo so much, we have more friends that want to come with us next time.  Please let me know when you have your March 2008 calendar available. Hi Richie, My family and I had a wonderful time at your condo, from checking in late night at 2am – checking out a week later we had a great experience all around. The condo was very clean and conveniently located close to the pool and the exit of the complex. The surrounding area was great and we had an excellent selection of restaurants and Pubs, not to mention a great golf course pretty much in complexes backyard. Also, Disney is short 5 minute ride away and Sea World is only 15 minutes away. There were plenty of towels for the pool and the pool itself was awesome. All in all I don’t have anything that was negative and had a great experience and would definitely rent from you again when staying in the Orlando Disney area. Our trip was very relaxing and enjoyable. We had been to Disney 4 times before, always staying on property. We needed more space this year now that the boys are getting bigger, but we were nervous about staying off property. We could not have been more pleased. We actually got to and from the parks quicker than when we used Disney transportation. You condo is so very very close to the parks. We had a great time at the condo. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. My mom and dad enjoyed the screened in deck. The boys loved the playground and the pool. My mom has been telling all her friends how much she loved staying at your condo, and how easy is was to get to and from the parks. Thank you so much for all of your help, the whole process of renting from you was a breeze. Your quick responses to all of my questions, made planning our vacation easy. One thing that I wasn't expecting to be in your condo that was a huge help was the laundry baskets. It made doing laundry for 6 people much easier. We rent a house at the beach each year and have never rented one where the owners thought to leave a laundry basket, I know this is a small detail, but one my mom and I appreciated. My boys also loved the straw cups you had and the stuffed animals on their beds. Again thank you so very much and when we get the chance to visit Disney again we would love to rent from you again! The place was wonderful and hopefully we left it as good as we found it!  Our weather was great and the space was great. The condo was beautiful.  We have a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone.  The kids had a great time at the large pool.  The whole complex is very family friendly.  Great location!!!!  Disney is just a few minutes away and Universal is just 10 miles straight down the interstate.  I can't imagine anyone not loving this great condo.  Thanks for allowing us to stay and have an awesome family vacation.

Richie,   Your condo was absolutely beautiful! Very upscale and clean. Looks like you really chose fine furnishings not just anything to call the place "furnished". My compliments to whoever decorated the home. We had just about everything we needed. The condo is really stocked nicely, from the water noodles in the laundry area to the bath rug outside the shower. The pool area was incredible!!! My kids always wanted to stay at the pool as opposed to going to Disney! Overall, we would recommend your condo to everyone. It was so nice and we have some wonderful memories. We recently spent several days in this lovely condo. It was great. The view of the tropical pool area is wonderful.  Our children loved “their” rooms. My daughter felt like a princess in the second master bedroom. The furniture was very comfortable and the décor was very nice.  The location of this condo in the building is great. It is near the elevators and the stairs. We were not able to hear any outside noise.  The pool was great. It is large enough so that a large number of people can be in it at the same time and not feel crowded. The zero entry area is great for smaller children.  The building this condo is in is the very first building inside the gate and just past the pool.  The overall location of the resort is very convenient to all of the Disney parks as well as a large number of restaurants and shops.  The security staff was very friendly.  We could not get into the pool at first but then realized it required renting an access card from the Sales office which once returned our deposit was returned.  The condo owner is great to work with. He really made the process easier.  We will definitely be back.  The Knights, South Carolina

If you are looking for a fun vacation with the kids but would also enjoy some relaxation...then this is the place for you!  The gorgeous condo was very spacious, a true "home away from home"!  The large washer/dryer was such a nice feature, no need to over-pack.  The pool area was a huge hit with our family. The kids loved the waterslide!  The grounds of the pool and condo area are beautifully maintained.  The staff at Windsor Hills along with the rental agency were very helpful.  In addition, we purchased park tickets through the agency.  They actually brought the tickets to our unit, along with a welcome bag containing park maps, brochures of area attractions, and trial size products.  Richie was very helpful & always answered questions in a timely fashion. Our family stayed in Richie's condo March 18-25, 2006.  It was wonderful.  The  resort is very well maintained and very clean.  The condo is beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything you need.  The best part is the location of this particular condo.  You can sit on your balcony and watch the pool (nice if you have older children that would like to go to the pool alone) and it is the closest condo to all the resort's facilities.  The resort itself is also in such a great location.  It is right off the main road (so you are away from all the traffic) and yet only a few miles from Disney's entrance.  You can be at the parks in 10 minutes.  I also appreciated the owner's personal contact to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.  We live in Tallahassee and will stay at Richie's condo whenever we go to Disney and have recommended it to all our friends.  Thanks for a wonderful experience.
