Check-in at the Welcome Center which is located on Route 192, Irlo Bronson Highway (the main road in Kissimmee.) Check-in anytime after 4 PM. Early check-in is based on availability on your date of arrival. Currently there is a $50 fee to check-in early. Any guest wishing to check in early must pre-arrange the early check in with the owner. The Welcome Center is open 24 hours a day and therefore you can check in at anytime after 4PM on your date of arrival. Check-out is at 10 am. The cleaners who prepare the condo for the next arriving guest will arrive at the condo shortly after 10am. Can I check-out directly from the condo? Yes. On your date of departure simply close the front door of the condo and continue on to where ever your vacation plans may lead you. Will I be asked to leave a security deposit at check-in? Yes, a security deposit in the amount of $500 will be collected at check-in. Cash and major credit cards are accepted. Are there any other deposits that I will need to leave at check-in? No, the only deposit that is required at check-in is the security deposit. Once guests arrive at the Windsor Hills Resort they will be required to leave a deposit of $6 per card to borrow access cards which will allow them to gain entry into the clubhouse and pool area. Will my deposits be returned to me at check-out? The security deposit will not be returned until after check-out. Will I need a set a set of keys to access the condo? No. Keys are not used to gain access to the condo. At check-in you will be given a code which will open the door at the condo. The code remains the same throughout your stay and is changed after check-out. When will I receive directions to the Welcome Center? Directions will be emailed to you as part of your rental agreement once your reservation is confirmed. When will I receive directions to the condo? Directions will be given to you at check-in. Who will I contact if a problem were to arise during my stay? You may call the Welcome Center for any questions regarding your reservation 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. Once your family checks in you will be given a separate telephone to use to contact the property manager of the condo. They will be able to assist you with any problems that may occur throughout your stay. Most importantly you are always welcome to contact the owner at any time throughout your stay. No, pets are not allowed inside the condo. No, smoking is not allowed inside of the condo. Is a washer and a dryer provided? Yes, both washer and a dryer are provided, however, laundry detergents are not provided. Are disposable food items provided? Salt, pepper & other spices are provided although other food items are not. Yes all linens and bath towels including pool towels are provided. Will I receive a rental agreement? Yes, a rental agreement will be emailed to you upon reservation confirmation. Included in the agreement will be exact directions to the Welcome Center. Are credit card payments accepted over the telephone? No, credit card payments are only accepted online. Fill out a reservation request form. Once you submit the form you will be redirected to the payments page. A payment schedule is provided to assist you in making your initial payment towards your condo rental. All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted as are personal checks and money orders. I will need a "Pack & Play" at the condo. Will One be provided? A "Pack & Play" or "Maxi - Sleep" as it is sometimes called is provided at no additional cost. I will need a high chair at the condo. Will One be provided? A high chair is provided at no additional cost. Yes. When you check-in you will be given information regarding a private company that offers guests the option of paying in advance for their theme park tickets and then having those tickets delivered directly to the condo one hour after purchase.
Is there an elevator at the condo or will I need to take the stairs to the 3rd floor? The condo does offer two elevators for your convenience. They are located just the staircases. How far is the parking lot from the condo? There are plenty of parking spots directly in front of the condo as well as many throughout the immediate area. Is there a height requirement at the parking lot as we store our luggage on a roof rack? No, there is not a height requirement at the parking lot for your luggage stored on the roof of your vehicle. Is there a height requirement for children who wish to use the water slide? Yes, children must be 48' or taller to use the water slide. |
