Payment Schedule

If your arrival date is more then two months from your date of booking:

Initial payment of $100 US per week renting will be due on your date of booking.
Second payment, equal to half of balance, will be due two months prior to your date of arrival.
Final balance will be due one month prior to your date of arrival.


If your arrival date is more then one month but less than two months from your date of booking:
Initial payment, equal to half of your total balance, will be due on your date of booking.
Final balance will be due one month prior to your date of arrival.


If your arrival date is less then one month from date of booking:
The total balance of your condo rental will be due on your date of booking.




Exchange Rates:
Please note that the actual amount of the initial payment will be based on US dollars.
However, you are welcome to pay for your stay in the currency of your choice.
