Where will I check in?
You may drive straight to the condo on your day of arrival provided that you left your security deposit in
advance of your stay.

Check-in anytime
after 4 PM est.

Can I check-in early?
All early check-in and/or late
check-out requests must be arranged in advance with the owner and is subject to
availability.

Can I check-in late?
Late check-ins are always acceptable.
You are always welcome to check-in anytime after 4:00 PM est on your day
of arrival.

What time is check-out?
Check-out is at 10 am.
The cleaners will
arrive at the condo shortly after 10am to prepare the condo for the next
arriving guest.

Can I check-out
directly from the condo?
Yes. On your date
of departure simply lock the front door of the condo and continue on to
where ever your vacation plans may lead you.

Will I be asked to leave a
security deposit for my stay at the condo?
A security deposit of $500.00 shall be collected
in advance and prior to check-in

Are there any other deposits that I will need to leave at check-in?
No, the only deposit that
is required is the security deposit. There are no other deposits
associated with a stay at the condo.

Will my
deposits be returned to me at check-out?
Once the cleaners confirm that there was no
damage done to the condo your security deposit will be refunded to you.

Will I need a set of
keys to access the condo?
No. Keys are not
used to gain access to the condo. You will be given a
code which will open the door at the condo. The code remains the
same throughout your stay and is changed after check-out.

directions.
When will these directions be provided?
Directions will be emailed to you
once your reservation is booked.

Who will I contact if a problem were to arise during my stay?
If a problem where to
arise during your stay simply contact the condo's property manager.
They will be able to assist you with any problems that may occur.
Most importantly your always welcome to contact the owner at any time as
well.

Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed
inside the condo or anywhere around the condo's building.

Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not
allowed inside of the condo.

Is a washer and a dryer
provided?
Yes, both washer and a
dryer are provided, however, laundry detergents are not provided.

Are disposable food items
provided?
Salt, pepper & other
spices are provided although other food items are not.

Are linens provided.
Yes all linens and bath
towels including pool towels are provided.

Will I receive a rental
agreement?
Yes, a rental agreement
will be emailed to you upon reservation confirmation.

Are
credit card payments accepted over the telephone?
Credit
card payments are accepted - but not by telephone.
A card authorization form will be emailed to you. Fill out the
form and fax the signed form back to the fax number listed on the form.

How do I book my reservation?
Fill out a
Reservation Request Form.
A detailed invoice will be emialed to you detailing the total price of
your stay.
You may then leave the initial payemnt towards your condo rental.

I will need a "Pack & Play" at the condo. Will One be provided?
A "Pack & Play" or "Maxi
- Sleep" as it is sometimes called is provided at no additional cost.

A high chair is provided

plan on purchasing theme park tickets for my family. Will I be
able to purchase them after I arrive at the condo?
Yes. When after you
arrive at the condo you'll be given information on how you can purchase
theme park tickets and then have those tickets delivered directly to the
condo.

The condo does have two
elevators for your convenience.

parking lot from the condo?
There are plenty of
parking spots directly in front of the condo as well as many throughout
the immediate area.

Is there a height requirement at the parking lot as we store our luggage

No, there is not a height
requirement at the parking lot.

Is there a height requirement for children who wish to use the water
slide?
Yes, children must be 42'
or taller to use the water slide.
