 1) Condo availability
View the condo's availability calendar to see if your desired dates of travel are still available.
If the condo is not available, and if your travel plans are flexible, the calendar can be beneficial in helping you to choose alternate dates of travel.
The calendar includes an option to view dates as far as 24 months in advance.
This option will appear as a checkbox located near the top of the screen on the calendar page.
If you desire to travel during a holiday season it is advised that you consider booking well in advance.  Some reservations are booked well over one year in advance.

2) Rates and fees
View the condo's nightly rates and fees for your desired dates of travel and also in the currency of your choice.

3) Security deposit

A $500 US security deposit is required prior to check-in.

International guests:   Use this Currency Converter to view the security deposit in your currency. 

    There are three ways to leave your security deposit.

    Leave security deposit with your MasterCard, Visa or Discovercard:
   
A credit card authorization form will be emailed to you.
    Print, sign and fax the form back to the number listed on the form.
   
   
    Leave security deposit online through PayPal:
   
Visit the condo's credit card payments page and leave your payment securely through PayPal.
    International guests are welcome to leave their payment in the currency of their choice.
 
 
    Leave security deposit by check:
   
Personal checks are always accepted as long as they are made out in US funds. 


 4) 
Submit a Reservation Request form.

To request a hold of your travel dates or to simply enquire about your dates of travel

5) Send an email stating your desire to receive a detailed invoice for a stay at the condo.
After your reservation request form has been submitted send an email stating your interest in staying at Windsor Hills Pool View Condo.
Include in your email any questions that you may have regarding the condo, the reservation process or the Windsor Hills Resort.
Questions are always welcome and encouraged.
This email does not take the place of a submitted reservation request form and must be emailed separately.

6) Travel dates temporarily held
Your travel dates will be held temporarily and a detailed invoice will be emailed to you showing the total price of your stay as well as the dates when each of the payments will be due towards your condo rental.
 

7) Payment schedule for your stay at the condo
The balance for your stay at the condo will be due two months prior to your date of arrival.
The total number of payments that you will make towards your condo rental is determined by the amount of time between the date that you book your reservation and the date that your arrival date.

8) Book your stay at the condo
Send an email stating that you have received the invoice and are ready to book your stay at the condo.
Mention in your email the method you have chosen to leave your initial payment.

9) Leave the initial payment towards your condo rental
Payments towards your condo rental can by credit card, through PayPal or by check or money order.
You are welcome to choose which ever method of payment is more convenient for you.
The amount of your payment is detailed on your condo invoice.

10) Rental agreement for your stay at the condo
A rental agreement will be emailed to you once your initial payment is processed.
Review, print, sign and mail the agreement back to the address listed on the agreement.
Faxes and emails with attachments can not be accepted as replacements for mailed rental agreements.
Your reservation will be confirmed once your signed rental agreement has been received

 

11) Welcome to the condo
An email will be sent to you which gives you all the information that you will need to prepare for your check-in day.
 

12) Leave a second or final payment towards your condo rental.
All payments towards your condo rental can be made online through PayPal's secure website or by check or money order.
You are welcome to choose which ever method of payment is more convenient for you.
The amount of your payment is detailed on the prior receipt that you received
